What's the typical MOQ?
MOQ varies by ingredient. Most plant extracts start at 25 kg. We can also supply small samples (100-500 g) for evaluation.

Is the sample free?
Standard samples are free; you cover shipping. Custom-spec samples may have a fee that's credited to your first bulk order.

What payment terms do you offer?
30% deposit, 70% before shipment is standard. Net-30/60 terms available for established buyers after the first order.

What's the typical lead time?
In-stock items: 7-14 days. Custom-spec extraction: 25-40 days. Lead times include QC, COA, and export documentation.

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes — every batch ships with a third-party COA. We can send it before shipment for your review.
